I prefer to listen rather than speak, to observe rather than shine. Maybe for this reason, photography has been my passion for over 14 years and I still feel a thrill when I have a camera in my hand.

In every person, there is always that one face, smile or look where you see the whole personality. That’s what I aim for in my photographs – to find that distinctive feature that makes you instantly feel like you know that person.

What I like most is that moment when the people in the photos stop trying. They stop thinking about what they look like, whether a leg will come out slim and just be themselves. That’s when the photographs come out and you look at them and think those emotions were real.
